Womenpreneur Support Program is an initiative designed to support women-owned micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to scale-up and develop their skills and knowledge to become market leaders. The Womenpreneur Support Programme is an integral part of the AIS Blue Startup Hub, a platform that seeks to form connections between the business communities of archipelagic and island state countries to create a global network of knowledge sharing by supporting collaboration in marine-based industries. The Program aims to boost women entrepreneurship, particularly in coastal and marginalised communities. This is a continuation of the AIS Forum’s commitment over the years to the development of the Blue Economy and to increasing the resilience of coastal communities in archipelagic and island states through private sector development.
